Quality Assurance Program

Risk Management

Our goal at ETCON Staffing is to provide the safest working environment possible for our clients and our employees. Each employee is trained to understand and comply with our safety program during the orientation process. Each employee views a safety video and completes a check list of compliances with the interviewer. Our full-time risk manager conducts periodic safety checks and training with all staff members to ensure working knowledge of the most updated OSHA and safety regulations.


Payroll

ETCON Staffing will:

  • Maintain all necessary personnel and payroll records for its employees/temporaries
  • Calculate the wages and withholding taxes and other government mandated charges
  • Remit such taxes and charges to the appropriate governmental entity
  • Pay directly to the temporaries their net wages and fringe benefits
  • Provide workers’ compensation insurance in such amounts as required by law

Evaluation and Screening

Our highly trained staff conducts thorough interviews with potential employees to obtain specific information about the applicant’s experience, ability, and personality. ETCON’s minimum requirements include:

  • 2 verifiable work references
  • Drug testing
  • Background checks
  • Employment eligibility/I-9 checks
  • Transportation

During the interview, we identify the applicant’s job skills to insure productive placement.
