Job Description:
Responsible for operating machinery in a cheese manufacturing facility Duties will include: 1. Coordinating flow of cheese 2. Performing quality checks 3. Facilitating quick changeovers 4. Cleaning and repairing equipment 5. Emptying trays 6. Keeping machines running smoothly 7. Using OPM system 8. Performing other duties as needed Shift will be 5am to 5pm or 5pm to 5am


Requirements:		Must be comfortable using a computer Must have good math skills Must have good communication skills Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs. Must be willing to work overtime Must have manufacturing/production experience Must pass background check and drug screen

Notes:		Shift hrs. 3P-11P or 11P-7A
